How do I track the status of my order?

After your item(s) have been made and a shipping label as been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via e-mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship worldwide

USA: 5 - 8 business days (after fulfillment) 

Canada: 9 - 12 business days (after fulfillment) 

Rest of the world: 15 - 25 business days (after fulfillment) 

Only part of my order has been shipped?

We do our best to get you your order ASAP! In doing so, in some cases we will ship a product in your order before the rest of it is ready. Rest assured, we will always ensure you receive everything you ordered. 

Can I return my item?

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed from the day your item(s) have arrived, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a return unless sent a wrong item.

My order arrived damaged

If you received a damaged or deffective product please send us a message at Support@blxwave.com with your order number and a picture of the product. Once verrified we will send you a replacement.

Do you have a physical store?

At this point we are an online store only, but maybe one day!

How long has BLXWAVE been in business for?

BLXWAVE started in 2026 but used to be known as Cat-astrophe in 2021
